need vs want

做人的工作很多時都需要滿足別人的需要(needs)。 但是，needs又是什麼呢？ 從書中，我看到一個很有趣的解釋： A need is something you can't survive without: bread, water, air. A want makes life better: a new car, sex, a good job. You survive if you don't get what you want. 下次當你滿足你的client的needs時，就應檢視一下是needs還是wants。
