共富貴，共患難

常言道患難見真情。大概的意思是：人是很難共患難。因此，能共患難者必是真朋友。 

我卻言不是。在歷史中我們都看到不少例子是能共患難但共不了富貴。鳥盡弓藏的例子比比皆是。看來共富貴才最能看清人的真面目。

朋友如此，夫妻父子何嘗不是？

人生走了幾十年，越來越發覺在患難中看到人的光輝，但在富貴中才看見人的黑暗。

fear of

we are not fear of something or somebody.

we are fear of the consequence when something exist or what somebody does.

we are not fear of height but fall.
we are not fear of darkness but alone.
we are not fear of a mad man but his aggressive act.

So,

in prevention, we are not prevent something or somebody, but just prevent the consequence and behaviour.

in scolding, we are scolding the consequence or the behaviour but not the something or somebody.

a beautiful reply

a few days ago, i heard a radio program. it is a public affair program, 

the host of the program kept asking the guest a lot of questions on an public affair issue and finally the guest was agitated.

at that moment when the host felt that the guest was not happy, the host said: i am sorry which make you unhappy, but it is my job, my duty to clarify whats going on. maybe you feel being confronted, but it is my job to make things clear to the public. i am sorry if you feel offended. do you mind to carry on the interview?

it is a very good case to show "don't take it personal" and "maintain your role and duty at the same time respect the other" and "clearly understand what is your main direction and priority"

香港政改 Martin你錯了

Martin 今次你錯了 中央在政改上一定不會讓步。一定不會如你所願同泛民坐下來相量或大家一人讓一步阿公一定堅持，就算泛民否決動議也不退讓。

為何？

泛民否決動議等於什麼？就是政改沒著落，那麼特首選舉制度因為沒著落便要繼續用舊機制，因此特首又不是民選，香港民主沒有進步，繼續像現在由阿公任命。

Martin，這不是阿公的原意嗎？ 最好的事，阿公還把一切責任推到泛民身上，因為他們不通過方案而使民主無進步。

權力

權力呢家野呢，係好麻煩。
一集中就出事，一集中就腐化。
安排權力時十定要分散，一定要制衡。
