learnt is not equal to capable to apply.
young people like to learn but they seldom apply what they learnt.
however, most people are over-learn or learnt what they don't need.
執行力 is related to how you apply what you have learnt but not how much you learnt
even wisdom is also how you apply what you have learnt and how much you have learnt
