what is heaven look like?
who can tell? except those who believe in transmigration or people with super power which can travel between heaven and world.
from my own perspective, heaven is pure, is absolute, is "the best". In heaven, there is no error, mistake, or even wrongdoing. While world, we have right or wrong, good or bad, kind and evil etc.
In a pure form, we find no other alternative, because we are living in "the best" situation. No matter what we do, eating, walking, dressing, thinking, talking, and etc, we are in "the best" way, the absolute way to do it.
Since there is no alternation, we don't have to think, consider, or even make choice. We know what the should is, we act what we should be, there is no reason to have an alternation. And, everything is predictable, or we can say there is no other way to do one thing.
Heaven is pure, absolute form.
Yes, there is no choice.
Please enjoy a world with a lot of choices and the rights to make choices.

Heaven
I had a dream last night, it was about my life in heaven. I remember I entered into a room and was having meal with other people.
But, I don't like heaven. Everything is governed by rules and regulations. No exception. No alternation. No option. And no surprise. I found people not even chat because there is no topic for chatting.
People in heaven like robot, doing the same things, reaction is also the same.
And then, I walk out of the room looking at the blue sky and yelled. It is so good to be in Earth !! We have choice !!

Can you earn from real estate?
If you own only "1 house", I don't think you can earn from real estate.
Lets say you buy a new house with 100k. After 5 years the price goes to 300k. For sure you are very happy about it.
How can you earn money? for sure sell your house for 300k and earn 200k. Now you have 300k on hand but where do you live? for sure you have to buy a house. So, you go back to the market and look for a house. If you want a house which is similar as your old one (you don't want to downgrade your living standard, right?) Guess how much the new house will cost you? for sure 300k.
So, how much you earn from real estate? negative. Beside, you have to pay all the fee in both selling and buying transactions. At last, you got a lost.

The world is not beautiful
for those who like taking pictures/photos knows that the world is not that beautiful as we seen in photo or in photography shows.
The reason why photos in photography show is because the photographer capture the most beautiful part in the original scene. In a whole, the scene may not be beautiful or even ugly but the photographer will capture the best part of it. Sometimes, editing also plays a key role in finishing a beautiful photos. We have heard that a fat woman become thin after editing, grey sky become blue etc etc.
Lets show an example, when taking human face, we would take the most beautiful part and avoid the most ugly part. We may have ugly mouth, nose, ears, but we have a pair of beautiful eyes. For a smart photographer, they will take picture on the eyes instead of other parts of the face.
The world is not beautiful. It is true our world is not heaven but not hell. So, it has beautiful and ugly parts. If you really want to enjoy your life, focus on beautiful part and avoid ugly part.
However, when you are enjoying the beautiful things, please don't forget that there is also an ugly things. If possible, fix it.

Boss's decision
The decision of your boss is based on what and how information you feed to them. Basically, your boss is keep sucking information and use them to make decision. (I donno whether they digest the information or not)
Do they go to see what is going on themselves? Yes, maybe, but not always or often. That's why they need you to feed them information.
I am not telling you to hide information or lie to your boss, and I just remind you that you should not miss reporting "some important information" to them.
Lets use an example.
In a meeting, all staffs look sad because of the information of boss asks for. The boss requests them to look for how the opponent reach goal A, B, and C..... but they cannot. At last, staffs collect the data and have a result.
One of the staff adds a piece of information in the report is: how much the opponent have spent in achieving goal A, B, and C...
Another staff adds if we cannot achieving goal A, B, and C... how much the company will suffer.

No matter how much you love your house, it is true that the new owner will renovate it.

Be yourself is fine and great. As, there are many many OTHERS, you can't please them all and no need to please them all. Because they won't say a word of thank to you even you try to please them.

力不到不為財
如果地下有張一百蚊紙, 你想要的話都要彎低身先攞到.
照呢一個道理, 如果你存錢入銀行跟住乜都唔做, 你估你會唔會發達? 當然你好清楚輸通漲都輸死你.
同一個道理, 如果你D錢買晒股票跟手乜都唔理你估你會唔會變成D有錢佬? 結果都係唔會.
人家有錢因為佢地會見底入見高買, 錢先會返幾返, 你淨係買完就唔理, 比你發達都唔公平.
其實個道理就她似買屋, 今日你買咗間屋, 你住係度唔理佢, 無錯, 你間屋既屋價係不停向上升. 但係你唔好唔得, 其他屋都係一路升. 咁積係數字上係升咗, 但在市場上你間屋係無升到. 要係屋度發達, 都係要屋價高就買, 屋價底就入. 當然你會話個市你估唔到. 但係由旺區搬去有 potential 既新區你識既. 好多人買咗新區守幾年就發咗就係咁解. 又或者買間舊屋返新就可以賣高價搵錢.
講來講去都係一個道理, 錢放係度唔理係唔會變多D. 力不到不為財.

You can't buy the same house after 3 weeks
It is not fun. It is true in nowadays Toronto real estate market.
let's say, your house worth 60k and you want to move to another location and buying a new house worth 60k. So, the game is simple, sell your house and buy the new one.
In day one, you sell your house in 60k. You set your closing dates in 3 months, the reason is you want to much time to look for your dream house which is worth 60k in the market.
But the thing is: when you go through the market, you find that the price of house is keep raising month by month. So the story is, if you find a house you like, in day 1 it is 60k and you can afford it, but after few weeks or 1 month you no longer can afford it because the house price is raise. The house price keeps raising afterward.
At the result, when you sell your house in day 1 with 60k and think that you can afford a house with equal value which is also 60k. In day 1 you can, but it may be 70k after 3 months. The longer you are in the market, the more you are difficult to find a house with equal value of your original house. The most possible time frame to buy the same value of house is within 2 to 3 weeks nowadays in Toronto, otherwise, you fail.
And don't forget you may not buy the house as you want for many special but common reason. Such as bidding. a house listed 60k doesn't mean that it must be sold in 60k in bidding.
The real estate market goes crazy in Toronto? No, it happens in other provincial too, B.C. A woman sells her house with 1 million, but finally, she only can buy a house which value is lower than 1 million as she stays in the market too long.

環保真的很貴？
好多人到今時今日，都都認爲要環保，係要好貴。
環保主張 3R: reduce, reuse, and recycle
按道理，除了 recycle 係需要多用資源之外，其餘 2R 都只會少用資源。環保很貴，真係要深思，想想你是如何環保？如何保護環保？
很多時，人們都會將環保同健康放在一起。事實上它們並非共生，有機會再講。要健康一些，事實上是可以很貴。尤其是現時商人喜歡將健康食品及用品加上環保之名，以高價銷售。因此，大多數人都有一個感覺，環保很貴。

賣樓時，切勿去聽 seller or seller's agent 的 presentation。
人家想平價買你間樓，當然要數臭係間樓有幾唔好。如果唔係點壓你價。就算唔係好差都話到好差。唔差既，佢都會話呢樣野有無佢地都唔係好 care。呢一點，明既！
但係如果係坐係度聽 presentation，咪積係坐係度比人寸。寸唔緊要，你最後重要比人寸完後減價賣你間樓比人。即係比人鬧完重要簽名賣比人，咁咪積係你同意人家寸你既野啦，邊有人咁賤家？！？！
以後做人唔好咁賤啦。

Difference between human and animal
what is the difference between human and other animals
when we predict future
human use logic, and animals use experience (the result from trial and error)
however, human still using theory which is established by observation and testing. it is more solid but still is the result from trial and error.
this theory may be true in some circumstances (such as good for earth) but cannot apply to all situation (the universal).
the experience of animal is not universally true, but if it is being confined within a limited situation (such as its living area), its experience also is true.
logic is a way of thinking but not theory itself. we may not learn logic but don't mean that we cannot predict or handle our daily life. it is because we can survive from our experience most of the time. so, for logic, i use it for prediction.

前塵往事之 Mind Map
了解（八卦）新事物素來都係我既本性。當然學新野無論係工作上或服務別人上都有一定好處。
記得係屯門工作期間，自己睇書學識咗一種幫助思考及紀錄方法，叫做 mind map。當時未係好流行，因為都好新（對於香港人來講，可能係北美就係好舊，anyway, I don't know）。
有一次開 annual retreat。當時我就用咗 mind map 呢個工具去做 presentation。老闆第一個反應就係＂呢個乜野黎？＂。跟住就彈到一文不值。另外，兩個擦鞋仔又跟住唱雙簧。引入新野換來既結局就係多事幹，多Ｑ餘，無野搵野做，唔等使..........
但係唔知幾時，我諗半年至一年後，有日，老闆就攞咗個 mind map 用來做 presentation。重話比我地聽 mind map 幾咁正，幾咁新，好似佢發現咁，當然擦鞋他繼續讚老闆，繼續擦佢對鞋，重乜Ｑ野都用 mind map 去做 presentation 啦。

膠劇的價值
近來，在同一時段內睇緊兩套港劇。一套係 HKTV 既三面形醫，另一套係 TVB 既樓奴。
老實講，套樓奴真係膠到唔膠。一開始以為套片係講香港人如何成為樓奴及高樓價對現今香港人既影響。點知？點知，乜都唔係，只係一套要有千千萬萬個巧合先會發生到既愛情片。膠到唔膠。
三面形醫，絕對係一套好片。先唔提演員演技。劇本同拍攝就好正，鋪排好，節奏好，好多嘢你諗唔到。
但係我都有繼續睇樓奴。返工已經好累，放工之後真係唔想用腦。要再睇Ｄ用腦既戲真係好累。樓奴呢Ｄ片就最好，真係一Ｄ都唔使用腦。佢既劇情，真係一Ｄ都唔使諗就知道下一分鐘，下一個鐘同下一個星期講乜。佢既笑位係邊度係九成都估到。呢類片，突然令到自己好似好高班，係高級電影評論員一樣。真係自信心都高咗好多。
膠劇都有其生存價值。膠劇都有其客路。膠劇既存在亦反映到一個城市既情況，尤其係市民既生活現況同心理現況。

蜜蜂與烏蠅
今年，唔知乜星動，賣屋買屋，事情尚在進行中。過程並不好受。先不講賣屋那部分，買屋的過程使在想起蜜蜂與烏蠅的故事。
話說。有一個科學實驗研究蜜蜂同烏蠅，睇下邊個生存能力強。
科學家將一隻蜜蜂放入一個玻璃樽，然後倒轉個樽睇下佢識唔識走出呢個困境。結果，隻蜜蜂最後死咗。之後，科學家用同樣既方法放隻烏蠅去試。結果，隻鳥蠅成功逃脫。
科學研究點解隻蜜蜂會死而隻鳥蠅無死？結論如下。
蜜蜂由頭到尾都係向光飛，就算係無路都不停向光飛，結果，油盡燈枯而死。烏蠅呢？毫無章法，亂咁撞，結果就比由下面飛走。
在社會上，我們都被教育到要跟規矩做事，凡事係有根有據，不可以違反規則，就好似比賽一樣。
事實呢？
我只想講，要完成一件事係可以有好多方法。跟規矩只係其中一個方法但絕對唔係唯一的一個方法。如果有其他方法而又唔傷害到別人，可不一試？
就好似行山，係有條好多人行開既山路。但自己試下一條新路又有何不可？試咗未必一定得，但唔試就一定唔得。如果，試係無成本或後果的話，唔試就一定係笨。

大隱隱於市
古時修道有一句名言：大隱隱於市
指出很多修行高的人並不生活在深山之中。反之，他們活在繁華鬧市之中。我們想找高人並不一定到深山之中搜尋，到鬧市之中亦可。
市中的是大隱，指修為已經很高，可以講比在深山中修行的更高。何解？我相信不是因為在鬧市中吸引多，容易失手。說實的，都已經有一定的修維，那些所謂聲色犬馬的吸引對修道者並不吸引。還受影響的通常是初哥。
修道者去到某個階段就開始有＂潔癖＂，對人世間的一切都不想涉及。所以，他們都喜歡跑到深山裡去。在鬧市中，他們的潔癖使他們對身邊一切都看不順眼，容易敗壞修行。能於活在那些看不順眼的也可以心平的，面對著種種不公的發生在自己身上的而可以心平者，實在不易。
指出很多修行高的人並不生活在深山之中。反之，他們活在繁華鬧市之中。我們想找高人並不一定到深山之中搜尋，到鬧市之中亦可。
市中的是大隱，指修為已經很高，可以講比在深山中修行的更高。何解？我相信不是因為在鬧市中吸引多，容易失手。說實的，都已經有一定的修維，那些所謂聲色犬馬的吸引對修道者並不吸引。還受影響的通常是初哥。
修道者去到某個階段就開始有＂潔癖＂，對人世間的一切都不想涉及。所以，他們都喜歡跑到深山裡去。在鬧市中，他們的潔癖使他們對身邊一切都看不順眼，容易敗壞修行。能於活在那些看不順眼的也可以心平的，面對著種種不公的發生在自己身上的而可以心平者，實在不易。
