 做決定係要用未來作為考慮點。好多人係做決定嘅時候都會衡量現時嘅狀況而作出一個決定。例如佢現在擁有嘅一切佢覺得都ok，因此佢就維持原狀。

但事實上世界係不停轉，人係不停向前，所以理性地做決定應該係以未來嘅狀況而作出決定。用inflation為例，你嘅錢今日夠洗唔等於喺未來夠洗因為係有inflation。

20250224 生命的軌跡

 生命的軌跡。

後生時當我講生命的軌跡的時候我會聯想自己隨著一個軌跡係太空漫遊。突然間會有同另一個人嘅軌跡相遇相交，相遇一段時間之后亦會分開，我就用嚟解釋人嘅原來完去。

今時今日我講生命嘅軌跡用的方法譬如係唔同。我會議大海唯一個比喻，一班人都留咗喺一個水流入邊，隨著水流去漂浮，當然水流亦亦都有佢自己一定嘅軌跡同目的地。當有一個人有佢自己特別嘅需要嘅時候或者有佢自己想法嘅時候，佢就會離開呢個水流，又或者進入咗另一個水流。快如果冇乜特別想法嘅人，就繼續隨波逐流跟住個水流而去。當然其中亦都有啲人會加入反呢個水流，有人有出有入有出有入。

我地做人處事其實都差不多。一般都係跟著這個社會, 跟住個時代走。但突然間有自己嘅想法嘅時候可能我哋就會離開呢個社會同埋時代。舉一個例子我哋都係日出而作日入而息個個都係打工仔，但係弟子突然之間有1日我覺得想嗰一個綠色嘅環保日子，可能我就放棄哂一切我擁有嘅一切，而行入一個鄉下去開始耕田做一個農夫。

- somebody says I do this but not that, so I have free will.

- do you know what made you make that decision? If you know you are influenced by something in making the decision even if it is your internal factors, you don't have free will (absolute).

- and, btw, without free will is a matter in our daily life? 

- in most cases, I can make a decision freely is far more important than having free will.

基本生存消費

每一個人生存都有"基本生存消費", 這個消費亦是對環保做成的傷害程度. 

就如原始人, 他們的"基本生存消費"很低但不等如零, 起碼, 他們會生火煮食 (產生CO2), 又會放屁 (產生溫室氣體) 等等.

以現代人而言, 這個"基本生存消費"已經不再基本了. 現代人所用的一切, 所做的一切都大大增加了這個"生存消費", 變相是增加了環保傷害指數. 

要 offset 這個"生存消費"

在講 offset 之前, 首先先講'環境保護'並不是真的保護環境. 這是一個人類自欺而產生的詞語. Mother Nature 要你保護嗎? Mother Nature 喜歡 O2 而不喜歡 CO2 嗎? Mother Nature 喜歡風和日麗而不喜歡狂風暴雨嗎? Mother Nature 不喜歡冰河時期? Mother Nature 喜歡有人類或生物存在嗎?

無論地球變成怎樣, 都是 Mother Nature 的一部分. 所以'環境保護'所保護的是'人類' only, 連其他生物都不在保護之列. 當然有部分環保份子說保護其他生物, 但可惜他們不是全保. 對人類致命的病毒, 細菌, 植物, 動物, 人類會保護他們嗎? 

先講"基本生存消費". 人類生產出來的'環保傷害物質', 大部分是大自然是有本事自行處理掉的. 例如 CO2, 樹木會吸收 CO2轉化成對樹木有用能量, 而排出 O2. 基本上是 offset 了人類的'環保傷害物質'.

但如果'生存消費'大高, '環保傷害物質'太多, 那麼大自然是沒法 offset 了這些'環保傷害物質'. 但背後隱藏了一個事實, 就是 balance point, 即大自然能完全處理人類生產的'環保傷害物質'.

Jet lag (my personal experience)

關於 jetlag 問題，我的感覺

Everyone has a 生理時鐘. When to wake, when to sleep, when to eat. It can be changed.

When you visit another country, lets say 12 hours behind or ahead. Owing to the new time, you have a new "clock" for daily living.

So, in this situation, you have 2 生理時鐘, an old one and a new one.

You need to shifting from the old one to the new one. Both click in but the old is fading out. And what you need to do is helping ourselves to fade out the old one and adopt the new one.

Everyone, every organization, every country need a story for its continuency.

Some people are story makers, some are story tellers but most of them are audience. 

Some people revise the story, some people create another one, some people attack the story, some people question the story.

The reason why we use "story" for our continuency because we never know what will happen in our future.

We are not using "prediction" because we want to make some meaning on what we do today, and all stories are our future dream.

future me 係 motivation 上扮演一個非常重要的角式。

我們有動力去作出改變是因爲希望在未來達到自己的理想。

所以，是有未來才先有今天的改變的動力。

我們的未來就是 future me，就是目標。

有 future me就知道要改幾多。

有 future me 就可以衡量計劃是否可行。

簡單而言，有 future me就可以產生動力 motivation.

Investing in House

Today I learned that the meaning of investing in house.

Investing in house is equal to investing in supply and demand or "the market"

The reason is: the price of a house depends on supply and demand; 

demand > supply, house price rise; 

supply > demand, house price fall

Once the equilibrium reached, the house price will be in stable.

So, when we are talked about using house as investment, it means that we are expecting a higher demand than supply in the near future. If we expected a supply is higher than demand in the future, nobody is willing to invest in house, as we know that the price will drop, and you will earn nothing from a house.

So, what makes the demand increase? it depends on a lot of factors.

But no matter what, you still see the house price increase year by year even the price reach equilibrium,  why? Because it is the inflation. The price of the house rises owing to inflation but the value of the house has no changed.

Awaken

Last night, I had a dream.

I dreamed that I was in a desert, the sand and rock were so hot, it burned my feet. So, I found a shade place, under a big rock, but it was still very hot.

But suddenly, I aware that I was dreaming, when I awaken the burning feeling gone immediately because I know it was not real, it was just a dream.

In Buddhism, it also mentioned something similar. If we can awaken during our life, we will know that everything in this world are not real.

I can awaken from my dream, and how can I awaken from my real life. If I can awaken from my real life, am I the same as I awaken from my dream? I feel nothing, or can I desort the rules of this world just like in Matrix?

奴隸是如何鍊成的

以前，用皮鞭把人變成奴隸，之後就算不再打都乖乖成為奴隸。

現在，用金錢把人變成奴隸，之後就算沒有金錢輸送都會乖乖成為奴隸。

一旦成為奴隸，奴性便會形成。一旦形成奴性，就會成為自自然然的奴隸。

坐在醫生的對面

工作關係一向坐在醫生的鄰近面對家屬， 今次以家屬身份坐在醫生的對面。

要如何有效與醫生溝通要必須留意以下幾點。 

第一, 醫生的工作是什麼? 醫生是獲得病人的同意下提供治療。

在獲得同意之前是先提供不同治療的方案及可能出現的後果。因為一個病可以有不同的治療方法，由其是現在醫倡明。所以，醫生另一個重要的工作就是向病人講解不同的治療及可能後果。

醫療的方案必須基於病人的情況而定。同一個病不同的病人，治療方法亦異。因此，醫生有需要講解病人的狀況。

縱合以上，坐在醫生對面時。最能發揮醫生的功效是：

一，要求醫生講解病人狀況

二，講解及分析可行方案及可能出現的後果

三，病人做決定後，給予醫生提供治療

最後，開始治療後要求醫生不斷跟進治療的成效。

要注意，醫生是不會做不關他專業的事情，其實所有專業人士都一樣，不是他的專業範圍一概不理，這就是專業，大家要認清，另外，所以專業都是先保障自己，才照顧案主。

無肉食

日本人是啞的

遊東京箱根8天後再到香港，即時覺得日本人是啞的。不論在地鐵，巴士，甚至乎街道上，你都很少聽到人的説話聲。當然：日本人不是啞的，就像很吝嗇他們的聲音似的。

在人來人往的寧静的環境中，我聽到鳥聲，虫叫聲，汽車聲，交通燈發出的聲音等等。

每一個人

每一個人都有自己的生活方式。最舒服的生活方式就是活在自己的世界中。

人與人的交流是很困難的。要達到尊重，達到不干涉，某程度上是不容易的。

點解要移民離開香港？ 當然唔同人，唔同時間有唔同嘅原因。

而其中一個重要嘅原因就係香港根本唔再適合人類居住。 我指嘅係氣候變化唔係政治氣候。

地球暖化，水位上升，天氣變到極度惡劣。 香港係食到應。

人生意義

好細個既時候我已經開始問自己一個好哲學既問題生命意義，人生意義。當然，呢個係一個搵唔到答案既問題。

今日，我就想到一個故事，係我自己作既。

從前，有一個生活非常平淡的人。每天工作辛勞工作。他的生活可以用苦悶來形容。當然，他不喜歡自己的生活，可是，又有甚麼辦法呢？

有一天，有一個他不認識的人接觸他，並顯露自己是國家的間諜。現在希望這個平淡的人幫助，提供情報。這個平淡人覺得可以幫到國家之餘又可以令生活不再平淡，於是答應了間諜。

平淡人問間諜如何幫忙？因他從來未做過間諜，恐怕做不來。間諜就安慰平淡人不用擔心，因為平淡人一定做得來。

間諜接著說；你首先扮做一個生活平淡的人，因為這樣，別人就不知你是一個間諜。越是平淡就越好。接著，當國家有需要用得著你時，我就會找你，問你攞情報。你要切記，一切平淡如常，否則被人發現可是大事。

平淡人表示明白並說：扮平淡是我的強項，我一定勝任，你大可放心。


間諜走後，平淡人的生活如往常一樣平淡，但現在的他覺得自己的平淡心活非常刺激絕不苦悶。

香港政府叫大家攪夜市經濟， 喺我印像中所謂夜市其實就係大笪地大排檔。

叫大家去搞夜市即係叫大家去擺街邊。 對於我呢啲老香港而言都幾有懷舊風情。 我本人就好受落啦。

但係其實夜市經濟背後係有一個想法嘅。

 

當其時香港人點解個個都落街邊擺檔搞地攤。 最重要就係冇工做但係又要生活。 加上政府有冇任何辦法幫到市民。 所以最簡單政府就容許市民帶地攤唔干涉。

其實背後最重要嘅實驗係你哋：市民要自生自滅。 政府咩都做唔到但係佢都可以講， 我唔再管你哋，你哋自生自滅，你哋嘅生命同政府無關。

有人喺呢啲地攤經濟上面搵到最基本嘅生活， 當然亦都有人發達， 但當然亦有人餓死老婆瘟臭屋。

去日本食魚生

日本排放核污水，香港禁止日本魚生入境。

咁無法啦，香港無日本魚生食，香港人唯有直接去日本食魚生。

共產主義的先天問題

共產主義是adopt二元論，所以會出現“敵我”，“正反”，“對立”的說法。但事實上，世界的運作並不是二元的。這點就是共產主義的先天問題。以一個二元論的理論去了解多元世界，就好像用二維空間去看三維世界，一切都是平平的。活在二維空間的人永遠無法理解三維空間一樣。硬張三維空間壓到二維空間方便管理，當然最後一定失敗，反智反物性。

可惜的是，有人是痛苦地活在這種狀態中。

難得糊塗

近來喜歡扮糊塗。

無他，別人以為你無知會多講幾句，從中可能聽到一些自己未聽過的智識，事情。

當別人“發表”才華時，你可對他有更深入的了解。事實上，人在表現自己時最難掩飾自我。

最後，有時做一回觀眾聽眾，可在煩擾的人生中享受一下第三者的寧靜。

千古不解之謎

eye is to use see/light.

人人有夢想

好多時老闆都好希望夥記都有同佢一樣嘅夢想, 一齊努力奮鬥一齊向前一齊去達到夢想.

但仔細想一想, 如果人人都有自己嘅夢想, 咁邊一個幫你去完夢?

所以其實你老闆最希望你沒有夢想, 你盡心盡力幫佢去達到佢夢想. 當然佢把口係唔可以咁樣講, 因為有夢想嘅人係好易畀人哋剝削嘅.

樂在其中

人嘅心願唔係咁容易達成, 因此, 最重要嘅係我哋要懂得樂在其中 (享受過程)

Search for Happiness

Recently I heard a saying

When a person is without a goal (life goal), he will look for happiness.  

It seems that happiness is the lowest form of life goal. It is the lowest one to maintain you wake up in the morning and live as a living thing.

Think about a child who keeps playing video games every day. You know that if he has a life goal, he can give up his cell phone.

支持香港電影業

曾幾何時香港電影業都呼籲香港市民支持本土電影，最簡單方法就係課金入戲院睇香港戲。

呢一種想法係香港電影行業工作人員嘅想法。對於一般普羅大眾市民而言他們的想法又會係如何呢？就我自己而言只要係好嘅電影我就會睇，不會理會產地來源。

所以簡單地講，香港電影業想市民撐香港電影最簡單方法就係拍好電影。有好電影香港市民自然會課金。對於香港爛片你又叫市民如何撐你呢？

有時唔係只係一個國家會帶講民族主義蠱惑人心，其實唔同行業例如電影業都會上用民族主義古惑人心，而家真係要小心啲。

政黨輪替

很多民主國家都會出現政黨輸替的現象，亦是一個很自然的現象。但是政黨輪換的一個首要條件：所有政黨都必須是以國家的利益為首。例如，美國，加拿大政黨輪替是常見的。但像台灣，國民黨多年上不到台與他們偏向中共的立場是有莫大的關係，台灣人民如果放心交給一個可能賣國的政黨呢？

Truth vs Perspective

There is no such thing as Truth but Perspective (personal or communal). without truth, there will be no right or wrong.

Using "perspective" in your daily life makes your life much easier, get along with others much easier

P.S. 

strictly speaking, everything that comes from your brain is the product of perspective

it is rather difficult to prove someone's perspective is wrong even if you find them have internal conflict

who will you pick

there are two people in front of you who are going to be trained

one of them is with heart but no skill and knowledge

one of them is having skill and knowledge but without heart

if you are going to train only 1 of them, who are you going to pick for training?

P.S. I will pick the one with heart because I am not confident enough to train somebody to become full of heart.

之前講過後真相。今日再講另一個角度。

當面對面對住一個人，你是否就是看到了那個人真相？

當然不是

一。你只見到那個人在特定時空的的特定部份，這顯然不是那個人的真相。今天的我與昨日的我絕對不會一樣。

二。你看到的只是你想看的那部份而並不是全部。舉例而言，當你看戲，你看到奸角，你自然覺得他／她不順眼，任何事都是錯的，就算是做好事都是別有用心的。但當你看到好心地的角色，就算是做了錯事都是無心之失，環境所迫等等。

人，是否真的可以看到真相？

縱使你對著鏡子，你是否可以看到真正的你自己？主線都不是你如何面對你自己而是了解你自己。

有來有往

要維繫一段關係，無論是夫妻，朋友，有來有往是一個非常重要的原素。單方面的輸出或是接收是不能長久。

舉一個例子，朋友之間互相幫助是很自然的，朋友A"每次"見朋友B只會要求朋友B幫助，很快，朋友B便會疏遠A了，單向搵着數，係人都怕左你。但反之，若朋友A有時見面不是要求幫助而是帶給B快樂，那麼關係就可維持較長。

有一個重點要記：維繫，沒有關係不需要維繫，要維繫是要花點功夫的。

12月31日年底了，入了去一間大型電器公司，發現很多貨品都想買，可以買，但同時亦發現，沒有一件物品是需要買。現在的心態就是這樣，生活就是這樣的平淡。很好。

祈禱versus檢討

某些宗教人士當遇到問題時總是喜歡祈禱，

事實上，當我們遇到問題時應該要檢討。

軍士農工商

以前讀歷史，常常聽到士農工商，一個國家把人分了4級，開議士大夫為首是農民其次工人最後是商人。

近來英女皇駕崩，所有皇室成員出席喪禮時都是著軍服。其中帶出了一個明確的信息。一個國家將人民分類的等級不是士農工商，而是軍士農工商，軍人永遠排第一位。歷史書沒有寫但事實卻正正擺在眼前。只是做君王的奸狡。

農工商如何排法沒關，排序可以因應當其時的情況而調動，而最重要是軍第一。

 1. 25 21係一齣令人好傷感嘅愛情劇集。當然除了愛情線還有其他發展嘅線路，例如個人奮鬥成長路線。

2. 25 21其中一個成功嘅原因係，導演或者編劇喺第一集嘅時候就已經清楚話畀你知，呢一對戀人最後係唔會喺埋一齊。所以大家嘅集中力就係去了解點解最後佢哋唔能夠係咪一齊。同一般愛情片集唔同，一般愛情片集通常就係觀眾睇下呢對戀人最後是否可以喺埋一齊還是唔會係咪一齊，大家追劇無非就係睇最後嘅結局。

25 21嘅拍攝手法，到最後會令到所有觀眾有好大嘅壓力同埋傷感，原因係觀眾同主角一齊成長經歷咗無數嘅時間，衝破種種難關種種障礙，但最後故事主角都唔能夠係咪一齊，所以帶出嚟嘅壓力係非常之大，非常傷感，觀眾唔係好能夠接受故事嘅結局。所以導演同編劇嘅功力係非同小可。

3. 另外25 21令到我開始想寫日記。我有寫日誌嘅習慣但唔係日記。我嘅日誌主要係寫一啲我對近來發生事情嘅睇法，所以唔係日日寫，因為唔係日日都有特別事發生，而發生嘅事未必有令我想思考嘅地方。

但日記係只係記錄每天發生嘅平常事，當然裏面包括反省同檢討。日記除了紀錄每天發生嘅鎖碎事之外，最重要係記錄自己嘅反省同檢討。呢一個過程就係記錄咗我個人嘅成長。對檢討我個人成長發揮莫大功能。

Twenty Five Twenty One

上星期睇完一齣電視連續劇：25 21

故事大致係講述一對年青人如何透過互相支持之下去追求自己嘅夢想。當中當然包括愛情線。

我睇完成套劇集之後，即時從第一集重新開始再睇過。

我內心被一股不知名嘅感覺以圍繞著。我初頭以為係因為我對劇集裏面嘅男女主角最後唔能夠在一起唔滿意。係呀，佢兩個真係已經好努力但係最後都唔能夠喺埋一齊，實在令人有點氣憤。但從睇嘅時候我開始發現，我嘅情緒激動並唔係單單因為呢一個愛情故事既ending。個ending最令我唔忿氣嘅地方係：兩個追求夢想嘅人為咗追求導自己嘅夢想，最後係要分手。亦即係話愛情同夢想係唔能夠一齊存在。反而片中另外一對，女方一直追求夢想但男方做人冇乜所謂，所以可以畀好多時間喺女方身上，結果佢哋就可以開心快活再一齊。

片中兩個主角，為著自己嘅理想不斷努力。原來我畀佢哋呢兩個嘅努力感動咗。原來一個人嘅努力係可以感動/染另外一個人，片中好明顯拍了出來，同時亦都感染到觀眾。當然導演手法唔簡單，但演員嘅功力亦都非常利害。

我內心仲未能夠完全整理成齣戲，現在只係寫咗個開頭，希望未來可以寫埋個結局。

我是 Master 畢業的

夥記對著老闆講，我是 master 畢業的。夥記在心中其實想說什麼？

大家都知道，工作能力表現同你的學歷並非直接掛鉤。

大家都知道，你搵到幾多錢同你的學歷並非直接掛鉤。

大家都知道，在工作上你擁有的權力同你的合力並非直接掛鉤。

李嘉誠說了一句很好的話，我小學畢業，那些博士生都是幫我打工的。

這些說話大家都清楚知道，但為何夥記還會對著老闆說我是 master 畢業的？

是個人的自尊問題嗎？

是個人的自信問題嗎？

是個人的際遇問題嗎？

是被委屈了嗎？

姑勿論結論如何，我只知道夥記的 EQ 不夠 :D

科學電視節目

我很喜歡看科學電視節目

小時候喜歡看科學電視節目因為能夠增長知識。

現在喜歡看科學電視節目因為除了能夠增長知識之外，科學節目內容所談及絕不涉及人類感情。在這一刻我感覺像脫離了人世間的煩惱，以一個純粹的心去了解大自然奇妙的運作。

看科學節目的時候就像在淨化自己的心靈，將自己從煩囂的世界中抽離。獲得一種不可言喻的寧靜感。

童話故事的悲哀

童話故事的悲哀在於大家都很喜歡童話故事。

大家都很喜歡童話故事在於大家都知道童話故事不會在現實裏出現。

大家渴求的事物不會在現實裏出現就只好走到故事裏面。縱使不是真實但也求得一個感覺良好。

朋友與金錢

今日看了一齣電視劇，內容大致是講，一個朋友（中學同學）回鄉後想同另一個朋友借錢。同鄉的朋友都勸這個有錢的同學不要藉錢給這個回鄉的同學。因為這個回鄉的同學在外借了很多錢，他們相信這個回鄉的同學是回來騙錢的。故事最後這個有錢的同學沒有把錢借出。

但他開心嗎？

他在想，究竟錢同朋友那一個重要？好明顯他的行為表了金錢俾朋友仲要。朋友有困難時想到自己的朋友希望他們能夠幫自己，在中學的時候是天經地義的事。人大了反而覺得金錢畀友誼還重要。打自己有限的朋友拒諸門外。

那個回鄉的朋友要藉錢的原因是希望幫自己的女兒完成夢想。

以自由換下來的安逸

今日行商場，見到一對父母帶著一對仔女。姐姐應該是幼稚園生，弟弟未夠年齡入幼稚園。父母帶著一架三輪手推車，爸爸嘗試把兒子放到手推車上姐姐即時怒目而視。最後爸爸抱起兒子行開，姐姐即時衝上去坐在手推車上。最後由媽媽推著這架手推車。

這是一個簡單的故事，但各人對故事的演繹各有不同。我是這樣想的，若果姐姐唔坐在手推車上，他的活動自由空間是很大的。但一旦坐在手推車上，他的自由就獻給了他母親，母親要推他去哪裏我就去哪裏，在沒有選擇的餘地。人一旦得到安逸就容易放棄了自由。

難怪很多父母都用金錢，食物，住宿去把子女綁在身邊。而最有趣的事，很多個案都是成功的。
