Jet lag (my personal experience)

關於 jetlag 問題,我的感覺

Everyone has a 生理時鐘. When to wake, when to sleep, when to eat. It can be changed.

When you visit another country, lets say 12 hours behind or ahead. Owing to the new time, you have a new "clock" for daily living.

So, in this situation, you have 2 生理時鐘, an old one and a new one.

You need to shifting from the old one to the new one. Both click in but the old is fading out. And what you need to do is helping ourselves to fade out the old one and adopt the new one.
