了解事實的真相 - 凍

之前講過新屋封屋事件（保溫）。近來睇到一篇資料，同保溫有關，很有趣。

冬天，由室內出街，冷風一吹，我地就感覺到好凍。事實上甚麼是凍？是否有一種叫凍的物體吹到你身上？

你為什麼會感到凍？你會感到凍係因為你的身體的熱力流走比你產生的熱力快。正所謂入不敷支。同樣，你感覺到熱係因為的身體的熱力流走得比你產生的熱力慢。

下次當你感覺到凍，要保暖的話，第一時間是查看你的衣著，那些地方流走了熱力，處理了，就不凍。通常流走熱力的地方係，頭，面，頸，手，腳，小腿，鞋。如果你只會加衣在上身而不處理流走熱力的地方，結果就係穿幾多件衫你都係覺得凍。唔好再話自己係寒底。

Why we need a mother and father to give birth a child

i have this question long long time ago.

why we need a mother(female) and father(male) to create a child. isn't it 多鬼餘 particular when we can't find an opposite sex that is willing to reproduce with you. it totally reduce the possibility of extension of one species.

from a genetic perspective, yes, we can create a new born by using one gene, either father or mother. since the father/mother using only his/her gene to create a new born, theoretically, we can only call this activity an imitation or copy. it is because there is no change in DNA, just like we copy a piece of writing, the content of both are the same. we can also said that there is no improvement from this activity.

seeking for improvement, we have to introduce new thing in, so adopting another DNA is important. as we know that, after sexual intercourse, the father and mother genes with "fight" for each other, and the strongest win, the new born is a result or product of these "fighting", so the born must become better than or not worse than its father and mother.

beside improvement perspective. we still have to ask a question if we use only 1 host gene to create a new born "imitation of one self". imitation is an action to create yourself to take over yourself due to because the old one will old and die. if we neglect the social factor, the new one and old one are identical. if one day we can transfer our mental from one body to another body. does it mean that we can extend one life forever? body by body.

mother nature chooses improvement, so it structure the law by using competition in order to generate new life. this is what she chooses.

中共的成功

中國幾千年文化，禮義之邦。本來就多多主義，多多理論。你有你的儒家，我有我的佛道。重有墨攻，韓非，三教九流，多到你唔信。

中共成功地把中國傳統價值觀及思想於人民的腦袋洗去得一乾二淨。而成功把兩大思想植入了中國老百姓中。

這兩大思想就是，享樂及凡事都可以用錢解決。

現今的中國老百姓很易處理，不斷給予他們享樂，就算老翻成個世界都無問題。在享樂中，老百姓還以為自己在天堂。當有問題出現時，由其是重大事件上，政府就即時補上一大舊錢，老百姓就學會錢是問題的萬能匙。當然，當老百姓要錢時，他們就會去制造一些事件出來要錢，向政府要錢，向有錢人要錢。新聞紙不是常有的嗎？

中國的傳統？思想？美德？都沒有了。

控制一下情緒

係見 client 時，有時見到 client 好勞氣，有部份社工都喜歡叫 client 控制一下佢地既情緒。

問題係，情緒係可以控制的嗎？要控制的話又係如何控制的呢？事實上，我地講所謂控制情緒其實係唔係叫 client 控制一下佢地既行為呢？

P.S. 情緒，其實係行為同想法既產品，而呢個產品有時又會導致新既想法同行為出現。但始終，第一因情緒都係被動。有興趣可以睇下 Inside Out 呢套戲，對情緒多些了解。

現今中國就是喜歡假

從電視新聞報導得知，中國故宮博物院開放了電子管。即是大家從電腦及電視螢幕中看到故宮博物院及其珍品。大家還可以透過螢幕以＂０距離＂接觸展品。

看到了假貨就等同看到了真貨。

現今中國，真的不明白到博物館參觀同觀看展品的意義及樂趣。

看到了假的或者更甚的電腦投射映像就可以了。 

中國，還需要真的麼？大家都不需要真的，有個樣就可以，求真為何？

環保新體驗

搬新屋後，第一件事就係 seal the whole house. the reason is: it is an old house, nearly 50 years old, so, air leak is no doubt.

air leak is one of the main concern of wasting a lot of energy during winter, cold air keeps getting in and warm air keeps going out. you have to waste a lot of energy, both natural gas and electricity to maintain the temperature of the house. so, maintain an air leak-proof house is very important.

I sealed the whole house, all windows and doors. and I found the furnace operation time is reducing which mean that i am success. However, after a day, i found the windows are frosty and water is accumulated on the bottom. At first, I think there is still air leak, so I do the sealing again, but the situation have no change or even worse.

After searching in the internet, finally, i find the answer, it is not air leak, it is condensation which mean the humidity inside my house is too high, so water condenses on the cold windows, when water is too much it fall into the bottom of the windows. (the more condensation, the better air sealed. which mean in air leak issue, i really really success)

The solution to solve this problem is to drop the humidity inside house by keeping a good ventilation. Which can be done by either open the window or turn on a mechanical ventilation such as the ventilation fan in kitchen or toilet in order to let wet and warm air out and cold and dry air in. It should be done whenever I consume water such as cooking, bathing, doing laundry and etc.

Easy, right? Wait !
I seal the house in order to maintain low energy usage, if I open a ventilation for humid air, exchange between inside and outside, my furnace have to work harder (use more energy) in order to maintain the temperature of the house.

To maintain environmental friendly is not an easy thing. 環保，其實係有基本消費。因為，萬事萬物係連著一齊。
