What I learned on Mar 10 2011
Respect = assist but not take over. Natural product is not equal to Health product. Our brain take 1/3 blood and use 25% of energy when operating. What is good for our heart is good for our brain. The fuel of brain is glocuses and oxygen. Make sure your brain has good enough fuel. The brain is the organ to control all other organs, if you brain fails, you can't control all other organs even they are in good condition.
